Just a stone's throw from Sauternes, the birthplace of great sweet wines, L’Entrecoeur offers traditional cuisine with a modern twist, using high-quality, seasonal local products. Easily accessible, our restaurant is located just a few kilometers from Langon and welcomes you to Preignac in a setting that is both authentic and warm.
Agnieska, our restaurateur originally from Poland, is a lover of France and especially its cuisine, so famous for its variety. She therefore decided to cut her teeth in great restaurants such as Gilles Epie's Citrus Étoile in Paris. Then, she settled in Bordeaux for high-end brasseries in our Gironde capital like "Chez Greg". She finally started her own venture in South Gironde by taking over the former restaurant "La Table du Boucher" in 2017, which would later become "L'Entrecoeur" as you know it today.
Cédric, for his part, is an expert on the wines of our beautiful region! That's why in 2019, our expert wine merchant took over the emblematic Maison des Vins de Barsac to continue its story.
In 2022, a new adventure began for this couple, who are passionate about cooking and wine: they decided to merge their two businesses to offer their customers a wider range of options. In addition to their dine-in and takeout restaurant services, they now offer a wine bar and wine cellar. Welcome to L'Entrecoeur, your restaurant, caterer, and wine cellar in the Sauternes region!
